Yeah, appears to be a really stupid decision.

slimerancherto World of JRPG's@lemmy.zip•What JRPGs will you be playing in June? What games did you finish in May?English1·4 hours agoThanks. I feel like I am spending too much in abbey, compared to actual fighting, but it hasn’t gotten to where I am annoyed by it. Maybe as the game progresses they will start to balance a bit.
slimerancherto World of JRPG's@lemmy.zip•What JRPGs will you be playing in June? What games did you finish in May?English4·16 hours agoStill playing Xenoblade Chronicles X. No changes on JRPG front.
I did start Marvel’s Midnight Suns recently. It’s Tactical RPG, and obviously western, so not sure if it counts, but that’s the closest to another JRPG I have come yet.
Good luck with getting Switch 2!
Don’t know which one’s are Lobster related missions since I am pretty far away, but will keep an eye for them.
We played Dixit, our first game with 6 people, and while it does slow down the game a bit, cause half of the people were kids who kept changing their votes, it was pretty fun. It’s one of those game that becomes more fun with more people.
Interesting. Thanks for info!
slimerancherMto Nintendo•Pokémon Legends Z-A Comes Out In October, With $10 Upgrade For Switch 2English2·2 days agoI can tell 60 vs 30 if I switch between them. Like playing a 30 fps game after playing a 60fps one. Even then, I completely agree with you, what’s the point of the remake if it runs worse than the original?
Heh. I am not into PvP much. How is it?
Sounds like a fun weekend. Enjoy!
Hope things start looking up for you soon.
Perfect time to check out all the games on backlog and clear them.
That sound weird, might be fine when actually playing it.
Yeah, that was my big problem with X-Com too, even when trying to train many people, sometimes there comes a time when all good soldiers are injured.
Ooh, anything special planned?
Nintendo: Is that a challenge?
All your talk of AoC is making me want to play it.
Can just get Age of Imprisonment but can’t justify buying it unless I finish AoC. Why are you doing this to me? 😀
Hehe, it happen sometimes.
With the speed I am playing, I think Xenoblade Chronicles X will take me about 5-6 months too. It has been over 2 months, and I still have lots of game left, but I have about 50 hours in these 2 months.
Good luck with finishing Brothership soon!
I think that’s one of the hardest boss fights in the main story. Had to burn a couple consumable items to get past it.
That makes me feel better about losing the battle. Maybe I should get Elma, Lik and Hope, they make a good combo and try again.
Atelier Yumia sounds interesting!
slimerancherto Xbox•Microsoft's Xbox handheld reportedly "sidelined" as it focuses on third-party portable devicesEnglish2·3 days agoHeh, any special reasons for this love for Xbox?
Ah, nice!
How did you like Dark Descent? It’s also on my wishlist and I think I got it from PS+ monthly games too.
Which Doom? The original one? Or the latest one?
Good luck for getting it on launch day!
slimerancherto World of JRPG's@lemmy.zip•40+ Exclusive Indie JRPG Reveals & Trailers | Indie Quest 2025English2·3 days agoThere’s also Those Who Rule, it was in the already released section, I haven’t checked if it’s available anywhere else yet.
So, I checked my wishlist, and total count is 15:
- Legends of Starkadia
- Forge of the Fae
- Tactics Returners
- Colossus - Eternal Blight
- Light Fairytale Episode 1 (Episode 3 was in the showcase, though I am not so sure about it after reading some of the comments)
- Dark Deity (Dark Deity 2 was in the showcase)
- Those Who Rule
- Artis Impact
- Godshard Chronicles
- Project BS
- Spaceman Memories
- Last Moon
- Escape from Ever After
- Dobbel Dungeon
- Class Zero Seven
For me wishlisting means to keep an eye on them, so I don’t buy all the games I wishlist, but I still end up buying more then half, maybe 70-80% of them in general.
Yeah, he apparently had to fight for it. Nintendo’s stance was we don’t give away anything for free. Fortunately he was able to convince them. But now he is gone, and I don’t think Nintendo of America has any say for anything anymore.
